Submitted by on March 10, 2011 No Comment

The popular television series “Greek” will be drawing to a close after four successful years. The show was based on college fantasies and was played on a semester basis. There were many different story lines centering each character despite the long life of the season, many decisions and endings were left unexplained and unresolved. However the main points were fulfilled by superior acting which made fans of the series resentful of its end. However as the final semester drew to a close it was possible to figure out why the show was popular.

Greek Season 4 Episode 10

Some plots such as the tearing down of the KT were left unsolved. Many fans were devastated by these events. Additional events that occurred during the finale dated back to the first season concluding the entire life span of the series in a wholesome manner. Former season one characters such as Wade, Jen K, Lisa Lawson and Officer Huck made an appearance to protest the tearing down of the KT house. The final episode of “Greek” featured a speech by Catherine who explained the relevance of the KT house to her. The ending of the show revealed new romances and solidified existing friendships and relationships proving that not all endings are final. Each of the characters was able to find closure with the endings given to them. Dale was finally paired with the future Mrs. Kettlewell while Heath and Calvin managed to soothe their tumultuous relationship. A most welcome conclusion was when Ash finally mustered the courage to provoke a romance with Rusty. More troubled pairing such as the one between Rebecca and Evan was improved and had a viable chance of success.

The Shows conclusion may have not been timely but the ending could not have been done any better. It proved to be a bitter sweet conclusion which left many hoping and others satisfied.
